Suite of Online Resources: Access to a suite of online resources, including a cost/rent calculator, address lookup tool, glossary, ADU process map, city ADU rules, sample ADU budget, gallery of floorplans, vendor list, sample permit checklist with explanations, webinars, and FAQs.
Pre-Approved and Off-the-Shelf Plans: A gallery of 50+ reduced-cost “off-the-shelf” plans for ADUs, along with plan sets pre-approved per jurisdiction.
Personalized Technical Assistance: Direct support via email or phone, where homeowners can receive guidance, clarification, and answers to their specific questions and concerns.
One-on-One Feasibility Consultations: A one-hour virtual meeting with a homeowner to discuss their ADU project in detail, including pre-research and a written feasibility report outlining potential challenges, opportunities, and next steps.

Searchable Database of HCD Comment Letters: A searchable database of HCD comment letters broken down by topic for ADU ordinances around the state, updated monthly.
Pre-approved Plans Program: As part of our Pre-Approved and Off-the-Shelf Plans program, a gallery of 50+ reduced-cost “off-the-shelf” plans for ADUs, along with plan sets pre-approved per jurisdiction, we have created a framework for participating jurisdictions to meet compliance with AB1332 as well as provide homeowners lower-cost options for ADU plans.
Community Outreach and Coordination: Support outreach opportunities, such as Town Hall meetings, public presentations, webinars, and Q&A sessions with staff and the public.
